Na Ra HUB facilities
Welcome to our JAPAN HUB.
Mrs. B Naganath and Mr. B Rama Bhadra are the founders of the Naga Rama Trust and Mrs. K Sarala is our Co-founder. Na Ra JAPAN HUB (NRJH) was formed by the Naga Rama Trust to work for the promotion of Indo-Japan relations. NRJH is a confluence of two cultures, Indian and Japanese, as signified by the Indian and Japanese dolls shown on our poster. NRJH is located in an area of 5, 000 Square feet with 5 Car parkings.
- Pictures depicting Japan:
At the entrance, we have the “AKA FUJI” which we trust will bring good fortune to the HUB, two pictures depict the Japanese life in the Heian period, and the last picture shows traditional Sumo. - “KARESANSUI” Dry Garden:
A thought-provoking small Dry Garden is present in NRJH. It is conceptualized and created with the support of a re-known city and garden developer of international repute FUJIKI san from Osaka, and a Bonsai artist Mrs. Suchtra Reddy Hyderabad. The garden depicts the imaginary scene of the blessed souls on a holy journey to ‘SEIHO”, the pure land located in the holy “SHUMISEN” mountains in a rock-shaped boat traveling across the white sea represented by white Gravel. This imaginary scene is considered central to Buddhist and old Hindu thoughts. - Sakura Trees and Torii:
We enter the display area through the lovely picture of the majestic-looking Japanese “TORII” among the blooming Sakura trees. The “TORII” concept and shapes are significantly similar in our two cultures and hence chosen here. India’s famed “Sanchi Gate” and “Warangal Gate” are good examples. - HINO MARU:
We are now greeted by the Japan Flag “HINO MARU” (Circle of the sun) and a map of Japan. - KENDO Mannequin:
On the other side, we have a KENDO mannequin greeting us. This is displayed with the support of Dr. Siddiqui from Golden Dragons - Japanese Dolls and artifacts
The gallery displays several beautiful traditional dolls of Japan, porcelain items, interesting artifacts, dresses, etc., The highlight of the display is HINA Doll set. All the dolls and display items here are collection items of Mrs. Naganath. - Bonsai corner:

A collection of Japanese and English language books are available here for providing information on Japan. We hope to expand the utility, by adding to the collection and acquiring digital access to other libraries and by adding films, etc., - Work Area:
We have a work table that can accommodate 20 people to sit around to practice or learn. We hope to conduct Origami, Bonsai, and Ikebana classes here. The place can be suitably modified to hold cooking classes for Japanese and Indian Cuisine. - Assembly rooms:
Two Assembly rooms each of 20 and 30 capacities respectively are available. The two rooms are separated by withdrawable partitions and collectively can accommodate 50. The assembly rooms have individual Audio-Video systems. We hope to conduct Japanese Management and Quality Improvement training programs here. We hope to conduct introductory sessions on Indian Music, Dance art, etc., for Japanese

We have a 1973, YAMAHA U3H, upright Piano. It is available both as a display item and to enjoy playing.
The wall in the Assembly room displays beautiful views from “4 Seasons” from the famed Adachi Koen Garden.
